When inquiring about an order:
1. Please include a copy of the order with your e-mail.  If leaving a message on our voicemail, please include your order number with your name and phone number.

Shipping Methods
All standard shipment orders are sent via USPS or UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Although most items ship out within 1 business day, please allow two to four weeks delivery time for standard shipment orders.
Please allow one extra week for shipment to P.O. Box addresses, APO/FPO addresses and shipments to AK, HI and U.S territories.
Due to internet fraud, please allow four weeks delivery time for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Docandthejudge.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
